2. Service Description
AI2Portal is a platform offering free AI-based tools for digital productivity. Currently the service is non-profit, although this may change in the future.
3. Points System
AI2Portal includes a gamified points system:
- Points are awarded for daily platform use
- Consecutive streaks provide additional bonuses
- Points may be redeemable for perks or premium tool access in the future
- AI2Portal reserves the right to modify the points system
4. Acceptable Use
By using AI2Portal, you agree to:
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Not abuse the points system through automation or fraud
- Not use tools to generate harmful or illegal content
5. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using our tools belongs to you. However, AI2Portal and its brand, design, and code are property of its creators.
6. Limitation of Liability
AI2Portal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous service availability or accuracy of AI-generated results. We are not liable for damages arising from platform use.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of new terms.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish and European law (GDPR). Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
